GhostDigiX Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the GhostDigiX website and service available at https://ghostdigix.com/.
By using the website, creating an account or placing an order on GhostDigiX, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them.
1. General provisions
GhostDigiX is a storefront for digital goods and top-ups: Telegram Stars and Premium, Steam and in-game balance top-ups, gift cards and other digital codes.
Goods are delivered digitally: credited to the account you specify or issued as an activation code. The service does not sell or ship physical goods.
GhostDigiX is not an official service of Telegram, Valve (Steam), Apple, Google, Sony, Microsoft, Discord or any other rights holder or platform and does not act on their behalf unless expressly stated otherwise. Platform names and logos are used solely to indicate what a product is compatible with.
The storefront carries goods of two kinds, and the difference decides who answers for what:
- service goods — sold by GhostDigiX itself;
- seller goods — sold by other users in their own shops, with GhostDigiX acting as the platform: it takes payment, withholds its fee and resolves disputed orders.
The seller is named on the product card and on the shop page. Section 7 covers such orders separately.
The service is part of the Ghost ecosystem together with GhostChatix: the account and wallet are shared, and purchases made in one service appear in the transaction history of the other.
2. Service operator
Service operator: the owner of the GhostChatix project, who also owns GhostDigiX.
Support contact: support@ghostchatix.com.
Personal data contact: support@ghostchatix.com.
As of the publication date of these Terms, the service may operate without a separate legal entity, sole proprietorship or other organisational structure. For this reason the operator is identified in the service documents as the project owner.
If applicable law requires additional operator details, such details may be provided to the user upon request to the extent necessary to handle the request and comply with the law. Once a legal entity or sole proprietorship is registered, operator details will be updated in these Terms and related documents.
3. Account registration
To place orders, you create an account. The account is shared across Ghost ecosystem services.
At registration you choose the account currency. It determines the currency of your balance and prices and cannot be changed afterwards.
You agree to provide accurate information, not to use other people's data without a lawful basis, and you are responsible for keeping your login, password and account access secure.
If you discover unauthorised access to your account, contact support as soon as possible.
The service is not intended for persons who, by age or by the rules of the relevant platform, are not allowed to purchase the corresponding digital goods.
4. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing available on the website.
To fulfil an order you provide the data required to deliver the digital product: the recipient's username, account ID, login or another platform identifier.
5. Orders and fulfilment
An order is placed on the storefront: you choose a product, provide the recipient's details and pay from your balance.
Accuracy of the details is your responsibility. The digital product is credited to the account you specified. An order fulfilled to an incorrectly specified account is not refundable and will not be fulfilled again.
Where possible the service checks that the specified account exists before payment, but such a check does not guarantee that the account belongs to you or to the recipient you intended.
Delivery time depends on the product and the supplier and is stated on the product page. Delays on the platform or supplier side are possible.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the funds are returned to your balance in the service. A refund to a bank card or other payment instrument is made in accordance with the law and the payment provider's rules.
Prices for digital goods depend on supplier rates and may change. The price shown at checkout applies to the order.
6. Balance, payment and refunds
Orders are paid from your internal balance. The balance is topped up using the methods available on the website: bank card, SBP, cryptocurrency and others where enabled.
The balance is not a bank deposit or electronic money within the meaning of applicable law and does not accrue interest.
The right to withdraw from a digital product of proper quality does not apply after delivery (crediting to the account or issuing a code), because the product has been delivered digitally and cannot be returned.
If a product was not delivered, was delivered incompletely or does not work due to the fault of the service or the supplier, you may contact support; once confirmed, the order is refunded to your balance.
A dispute about an order should be raised with support within a reasonable time, quoting the order number and the recipient's details.
7. Seller goods and shops
A user who passes the service's review may open a shop and sell their own digital goods. Applications are reviewed by the service; it may decline beyond the reason stated in its reply.
For such orders the seller is the shop owner, not the service. GhostDigiX acts as the platform: it provides the storefront, takes payment from the buyer, withholds its fee from the order amount and transfers the remainder to the seller.
The seller answers for the product: its legality, that it works, their right to dispose of it and its delivery to the buyer. The seller confirms they are entitled to sell the listed product and that it was not obtained unlawfully.
The service answers for the platform: taking payment, holding funds until delivery, resolving disputed orders and refunding where provided for.
Settlement. The buyer's payment goes to the service. The seller's share is held until the review period expires (24 hours from delivery by default) and is then credited to their balance. While a dispute on the order is open, no payout is made.
Refunds on seller orders. The buyer may open a dispute if the product was not delivered, was delivered incompletely or does not work. The service decides. If decided in the buyer's favour, funds are returned to their balance; if the seller has already been paid out, the corresponding amount is deducted from the seller's balance, including into a negative figure, and withdrawals are blocked until it is cleared.
Service fee. The fee is shown in the seller's dashboard and withheld from every order. The rate in force at the time of the order is not revised for a closed order.
Restriction and blocking. The service may hide a product, suspend a shop or close it in case of a breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of selling unlawfully obtained goods, systematic buyer complaints or rights holder demands.
The service's liability for seller orders is limited to the amount of the specific order.
8. Rules of use
You agree not to use GhostDigiX:
- to break the law;
- to pay for orders with someone else's or stolen payment instruments;
- for fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity;
- to resell products in breach of the rights holder platform's rules;
- to attempt hacking, circumvent restrictions or disrupt the service;
- to upload third parties' personal data without a lawful basis;
- for actions that may harm the service, other users or third parties.
9. Service limitations
The service does not control the platforms where digital products are credited and is not responsible for their decisions: blocking the recipient's account, changing rules, regional restrictions, cancelling or devaluing in-game currencies and subscriptions.
The service does not guarantee continuous availability of a particular product: the assortment and stock depend on suppliers.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platform where the purchased product is used.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the website and the service, including design, texts, interfaces, logos and source code, belong to the service owner or are used on lawful grounds.
You may not copy, distribute, modify or use the service materials without the owner's permission, except where expressly permitted by law or by the service interface.
11. Suspension and termination of access
The service may restrict, suspend or terminate your access if you:
- breach these Terms;
- infringe third-party rights;
- use the service to the detriment of other users or the service;
- attempt to circumvent technical restrictions;
- provide inaccurate data;
- take actions that create legal, technical or reputational risks for the service.
Where fraud is reasonably suspected, the service may suspend order fulfilment and withdrawals until the matter is clarified.
12. Liability
The service makes reasonable efforts to operate reliably but does not guarantee the absence of errors, outages or incompatibility with external platforms.
The service is not liable for the actions of third-party platforms, digital goods suppliers, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics services, e-mail services or other third parties.
13. Support
You can contact support through the "Support" section in your dashboard or at:
Personal data requests are sent to the same address.
14. Changes to the Terms
The service may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect once published on the website unless stated otherwise in it.
The current version of the Terms is always available at:
