It’s not only about making sure the right drinks are served on time, the inventory is stocked correctly, the equipment is kept in working order or hiring employees. It’s a roadhouse in the middle of nowhere often frequented by bikers. Fights will break out, shady deals will happen and you have to manage that as well. Just make sure you will be able to be up and running very quick after things go sideways. Keep spare tables, chairs and stools stocked, you wouldn’t believe how quick they can break in a fight. Rival biker gangs are a challange in its own right. It is also a great opportunity.
