How it works
The Steam login is the one you sign in to the client with. Not the e-mail and not the profile nickname: in the client it is under “Settings → Account → Account name”.
You pay from your Ghost balance: top it up via SBP, card or crypto, then buy; the total with the method fee is shown before you pay. The order and its status are in your cabinet.

Terms — short, and before you pay
A top-up cannot be recalled from Steam, so everything that can go wrong is checked in advance.

Questions
Where do I find my Steam login?
In the Steam client: “Steam” menu → “Settings” → “Account”, the “Account name” line. It is not the profile nickname and not the e-mail — the nickname can change, the login cannot.
Is it safe?
We only ask for the login. No password, no Steam Guard code, no signing in: the top-up is delivered to the wallet from outside, like a gift. Nothing happens inside your account.
How long does it take?
Delivered in 1–3 min. The order and its status are in your cabinet; if the funds have not arrived in time, write to support — the chat is at the bottom of the page.
What if I mistype the login?
The login is verified with the supplier before payment: a non-existent account cannot be topped up, the order will not go through and the money stays on your balance. But someone else's existing login will be topped up — check the spelling before buying.
Can I top up someone else's account?
Yes. The login is enough — the account must be in the Russian region, its wallet receives rubles.
Why the Ghost balance first?
Every purchase on the storefront is paid from the balance: top it up once and buy without re-entering the card. The balance accepts SBP, cards and crypto. If an order fails, the money returns to the balance automatically.
