Payment goes from your GhostDigiX balance: top up once, then buy in one click. If the supplier fails to deliver, the order is closed as failed and the amount returns to your balance the same day.
The order goes to the supplier right after payment and delivery takes 1–3 minutes. If the supplier does not answer, the money returns to your balance automatically — no need to write to anyone.
No. We ask only for what the delivery cannot happen without — a username or a login. Passwords, confirmation codes and access to the account are never needed.
The price follows the supplier's live rate. The total is shown before payment and does not change afterwards — there are no hidden fees at the last step.
A failed order is visible in your account with an error status, and the money is already back on your balance. If the status hangs, support handles such orders by hand.
