How to pick a card that will redeem
Region. A card redeems only on a Microsoft account of the same region as stated in its name: EU on a European one, US on an American one, IN on an Indian one. Your account region is in the profile settings on account.microsoft.com. Cards with no region in the name are never our “cheapest” pick: the supplier does not say which region they are.
Term. Cards for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months are separate products. Several cards of one region can be redeemed one after another unless they are marked NON-STACKABLE.
Marks. NON-STACKABLE — the card only goes onto an account with no active subscription. “Valid for a week after purchase” — it must be redeemed within a week of buying.

What is the difference between Ultimate, Premium and Essential?
These are Microsoft's subscription tiers: Essential — the base catalog and online play, Premium — a wider catalog, Ultimate — the full catalog, PC and cloud, new releases on day one. The exact contents of each tier change — check xbox.com before buying.
How do I find my account's region?
On account.microsoft.com the profile settings show the country or region. The card must be of the same region — otherwise the code will not be accepted.
What does NON-STACKABLE mean?
The card cannot be added on top of an active subscription. It redeems only on an account where Game Pass is not currently paid for. If you have a subscription, wait for it to end or take a card without this mark.
How do I redeem the code?
On xbox.com or in the Xbox app: “Redeem code” → enter the 25-character code. The code is in your GhostDigiX cabinet inside the order, delivered in 1–3 min.
Can I return a card?
A subscription key is a one-time product: once the code is issued it cannot be returned. So check the region and the marks before buying, not after.
Why the Ghost balance first?
Every purchase on the storefront is paid from the balance: top it up once and buy without re-entering the card. The balance accepts SBP, cards and crypto. A failed order returns the money to the balance automatically.
