As of the date of this consent, GhostDigiX may operate in beta / early access mode without a separate legal entity, sole proprietorship, or other organizational structure. Until such structure is established, the operator is identified as the owner of the GhostChatix project, who also owns GhostDigiX, and support@ghostchatix.com is used for personal data requests.

If applicable law requires additional information about the operator to be indicated or provided, such information may be provided upon the user's request to the extent necessary to review the request and comply with legal requirements. Once a legal entity, sole proprietorship, or other organizational structure is established, the operator information will be updated.

After receiving the withdrawal request, the operator will stop processing my personal data unless further processing is required by law, to fulfill obligations to me, resolve disputes, or protect the rights and legitimate interests of GhostDigiX.

By ticking the checkbox in the registration form or any other form on the GhostDigiX website, I confirm that I have read this Consent and the Privacy Policy, understand their contents, and consent to the processing of my personal data.
